Country-wide orders:
It takes 1-2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Though we do our best, orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day,esp. with travel restrictions . All orders are shipped via Post with expected delivery between 3-7 days.

Overseas Orders
It takes 1-2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Though we do our best, orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service with expected delivery between 5-10 days, subject to circumstances beyond our control.(eg. postal strikes etc)

For US orders, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. It is however, highly unlikely. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.
