Returns/Exchanges

First email us at [email protected] within 2 calendar days of receipt of item to initiate the request.

Procedure

Item must be dispatched within 3 days of receiving the go ahead from us to return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item(s), must be intact, must be received in its original packaging and original condition.

Original Condition: We will not accept nor process any refunds for any item that have been determined to have been damaged or defiled in any way whatsoever- missing parts/ tags /washed/worn/tears/scratches/ trace of pet hair/smells etc.

Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original form, with original box and fillers, wrapping, original shipment documentation etc. If the original packaging is damaged due to poor shipping packaging, when returned, we will either not accept the package or assess a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds or Exchanges : All” On SALE” or discounted Items, Hats, Fascinators and any item listed as Not refundable or exchangeable are considered a FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded nor exchanged.

Only regular price items are eligible to be refunded, as long as all terms and conditions are subscribed to.

Shipping Fees to Return Item

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) or for any exchanges. All original Shipping costs and/or associated fees are non-refundable.

If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking/Insure your Return Shipment

Item must be returned with its own tracking information for your record, as no refunds issued for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transition.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

In the event a confirmed order is refused by buyer (or buyer’s agent) you will be charged for the actual cost of shipping to you and any other associated costs that may arise.

Undeliverable orders due to an error on your part will require re-shipment and will be charged to you.

Personal Pick up

No returns, exchanges or refunds are allowed for any personal item pick-ups from our shipment office.

Restocking Fee

If Management determines that an item is returnable but did not and does not meet all of the terms/conditions for a standard refund, Six Divas reserves the right to charge a Restocking Fee; depending on the item’s condition and value; the minimum restocking fee is 10%.

Returns from The USA

Any products that are sent back from the US must utilize USPS. Sending packages back via FedEx or UPS will lead to brokerage fees and duties that will be added to your account.

Processing of Refunds

Full Refunds or Partial Refunds (after determination of condition of item shipped back to us) will be issued for the returned product to the method of payment used for the original purchase. Duly note as indicated above, we do not refund duties, taxes, original or return shipping charges.
Please allow 3-5 weeks from the date your return item is received at our warehouse for your refund to be processed. We will send you an email confirmation when the refund has been issued

Incorrect Order – Oops!

If you believe SixDivas made an error in processing your order (e.g. wrong item(s) shipped), please contact us within 3 days from receipt of the product to resolve it. If we conclude that it was indeed our error and an exchange is valid, we will issue an Acknowledgement Note with instructions to return the product.

Once we receive the original item(s), which must be returned according to the instructions above, we will send you the correct item(s) and will cover the additional shipping and handling costs.

We will also reimburse return shipping of the original item(s) as long as a copy of the return shipping invoice is provided (can be included in the package, or emailed to us).

Six Divas reserves the right to refuse any refund in case of non-compliance of the terms of our Return Policy
