COVID-19 Return Policy Update
As we encounter the perils of the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re taking all necessary steps to keep your health and safety, and our health and safety a big priority. Our Return Policy is thus revised and no returns or refunds nor exchanges of any kind are currently accepted for any items at this site and at any and all of our other selling sites.
These are temporary changes for now until further notice.
We apologize for any inconvenience but we know you understand how serious the pandemic is and the tragedy it has, is and will cause, so we are taking no chances. ALL ITEMS are now considered FINAL SALE.

PRESENT POLICY CHANGE: NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS OR RETURNS- DUE TO COVID 19
Due to the recent Coronavirus Pandemic, and to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff, we will not be allowing any returns, refunds or exchanges for the present time.
We shall update accordingly on this page when this policy can be reversed.
You may email us at [email protected] should you need more specific details of the garment you are interested in. All buyers are deemed to have understood and accepted the General Stipulation on this site that all items are not eligible to be refunded, returned nor exchanged because of Covid 19.
SixDivas only provides strictly brand new merchandise, sourced from all over the world or custom made for our Online Boutique. Most of our products are uniquely different or one-of-a-kind, and we do source fashion styles from our favourite designers and fashion houses. Please be assured that each item is thoroughly inspected and meticulously examined before every shipment. Our customers appreciate the comfort of knowing that all items they purchase at SixDivas has not been tested out by other customers. To preserve this guarantee, SixDivas maintains a fairly strict store policy.
The details are outlined as follows.
• Currently , we do NOT accept any returns or exchanges because of Covid 19.
(Our usual policy was within thirty (30) days of your online purchase (that is the date listed on your receipt) but due to Coronavirus, no garments or any fabric item is refundable, returnable or exchangeable.
• Here's the fine print. You just can't return anything that's already worn, used, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. You may try an item on for fit, but the original tags MUST be attached and it may not be worn even for a short duration, used or damaged in any way. Please do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying the items on.
• We will NOT accept returns or process refunds on items that have been determined to have been worn, washed, with missing tags or attached with different tags, stains, traces of pet hair, smells of smoke or perfume, or are damaged or defiled in any way whatsoever.
• Any item to be considered for a full refund must be returned in as-new, in its unused, condition. All original price tags still intact on the item as originally sent, all gift boxes to be intact and not damaged, original filler packaging/customized wrappings be intact, and be included in the returning shipment together with any included documentation of the original shipment. Do NOT mark on the original packaging containers in any manner. We are unable to accept any returns if packaging is not in its original condition. If the original packaging is damaged due to poor shipping packaging, when returned, we will either not accept the package or assess a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
• No returns or refunds allowed for any and all items marked ’On Sale’ or ‘Clearance’ or ‘One-Of-A-Kind’ items.
• Gift Cards and all other items at the SixDivas site including all jewelry, scarves, sandals, shoes, handbags, hats, etc. are not eligible for any type of refund, returns or exchanges..
• Any merchandise to be refunded must ONLY be made via our Return Request Form, found at this site. Please fill in all the details and you MUST include the Tracking Reference Number in the Return Request Form. Please email [email protected] a copy of the Return Request Form and you may also attach another copy with the returned shipment to ensure faster processing times of your refund.
• Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. You have to use a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible and no refunds are issued for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transition. Return shipping costs and any associated fees is solely the customer’s responsibility. You must pre-pay all shipment and if any, brokerage duties/fees associated with the return.
• Refunds are refunded in the fashion it was paid. If refunding is to a debit or credit card, it will only be credited to the original card used to make the purchase.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
In the event a confirmed order is refused by buyer (or buyer’s agent) you will be charged for the actual cost
of shipping to you and any other associated costs that may arise. Undeliverable orders due to an error on your part will require re-shipment and will be charged to you.
No returns or refunds are allowed for any personal item pick-ups from our corporate distribution center.

Product considered for return will be inspected upon tracked arrival at SixDivas and must meet all the terms and conditions of a standard return. Six Divas reserves the right to refuse any refund in case of non-compliance of the terms of our Return Policy
PROCESSING OF REFUNDS
Full Refunds or Partial Refunds (after determination of condition of item shipped back to us) will be issued for the returned product to the method of payment used for the original purchase. Duly note as indicated above, we do not refund duties, taxes, original or return shipping charges.
Please allow 3-5 weeks from the date your return item is received at our warehouse for your refund to be processed. We will send you an email confirmation when the refund has been issued
RETURNS FROM THE USA
Any products that are sent back from the US will only be accepted if they are sent by the US Postal Service. Sending packages back via FedEx or UPS will lead to brokerage fees and duties that will be added to your account.
If you believe SixDivas made an error in processing your order (e.g. wrong item(s) shipped), please contact us within 3 days from receipt of the product so that we can resolve the issue. If we conclude that it was our error and an exchange is valid, we will issue an Acknowledgement Note with instructions to return the product. Once we receive the original item(s), we will send you the correct item(s) and will cover the additional shipping and handling costs. We will also reimburse return shipping of the original item(s) as long as a copy of the return shipping invoice is provided (can be included in the package, or emailed to us).
If Management determines that an item is returnable but does not meet all of the terms and conditions for a standard refund, Six Divas reserves the right to charge a Restocking Fee. This fee will vary depending on the item's condition and value; the minimum restocking fee is 10%.
